You expressly agree to these terms and conditions by placing an order from Azan’s Direct. Receipt of payment of an order will be taken as your having accepted these terms and conditions. To order goods or services from us you must be at least eighteen years of age. By using the www.azansdirect.com you agree to be bound by its terms and conditions, privacy policy, all disclaimers and terms and conditions that appear on the website. These terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as “Sale Terms”) constitute a binding agreement between Azan’s Direct (hereinafter referred to in these Sale Terms as “We, Us, Our”) and its customers (hereinafter referred to in these Sale Terms as “Customer/s”, “You”, “Yourself”, “Your”) which applies to all purchases of product/s by You from the www.azansdirect.com website (hereinafter referred to in these Sale Terms as “the website”). Other than specially provided in any separate formal purchase agreement between You and Us, these Sale Terms may not be altered, supplemented or amended through the use of any other document(s). Where an order has been placed and there is an attempt to add to, amend or alter the Sales Terms, the order will be null and void unless otherwise agreed to in a written document signed by both You and Us. Your acceptance of these Sale Terms by purchasing represents only an offer of contract.

PRICES

Prices are exclusive to the www.azansdirect.com website and are subject to change without notice. Delivery costs are not included in the prices quoted on the website. When placing an order, the Customer is provided with delivery options based on their location. All product prices shown on the website are final prices unless otherwise stated. Prices are shown in local Jamaican currency and We will only accept payment for orders in local currency. Offers may not be combined with any other sale, promotion, discount, code and/or offer.

PAYMENT 

We accept payment by bank transfer. If You choose to pay with a foreign currency-denominated account, the charges will be processed in local currency at the conversion rate applied by Us at the time of processing Your order.

FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect You and Us from fraudulent transactions, We may provide your transaction-related information to third parties for verification. Having confirmed Your order, You authorize Us to make any inquiries deemed necessary in connection with this sale. Your confirmation provides Your consent to Us to register relevant information with licensed credit reference agencies. This information may also be used for creditworthiness assessments, fraud prevention, and debt recovery. By placing an order, You authorise Us to transmit or obtain information about You from third parties, including, but not limited to, billing address, and telephone number to authenticate Your identity, to validate Your purchase, and to authorise transactions.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders however submitted are subject to Our acceptance and are processed within 24 hours of being received. We are entitled to cancel or terminate the obligations to fulfill any order before delivery of item(s), with or without notice, and shall not be held liable to any party for such termination or cancellation. In such circumstances, We shall issue to You a full refund of the item(s) purchased. Non-acceptance of Your order may be due to any one or more of the following non-exhaustive reasons: Failed customer validation checks or inability to obtain authorization for your payment, products ordered are out of stock, pricing or product description error, or system failure.

PRODUCT AND STOCK AVAILABILITY

All details, specifications, prices, and terms are accurate at the time of publication but are subject to change. Sizes are approximate. All drawings, images, descriptive material, specifications and advertising on the website is for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods and services to assist Your purchasing decision. The illustrations of colours and covers shown are representative only and may differ from those on other sites or retail stores. Prices exclude accessories unless otherwise stated. Products are subject to availability. As there is a delay between the time when Your order is submitted and the time when the order is accepted and processed, stock availability may change. If a product You have ordered becomes out of stock before We process the order but after We have processed the payment We shall notify You immediately. If the product is out of stock, We will allow a refund of payment or You may choose a different product for the same price subject to availability. We aim to show you accurate product information. Manufacturers, suppliers and others provide what you see on www.azansdirect.com.

DELIVERY POLICY

Azan’s Direct entrusts capable contractors for item delivery, emphasizing that delivery teams are independent entities and not employees of Azan’s Direct. Eligibility for delivery depends on products and areas, and if not eligible, you’ll be promptly notified. Delivery rates vary by location. While delivery dates are given in good faith, external factors beyond our control may impact them. Please anticipate potential delays during busy periods. Upon confirming product availability, we’ll provide delivery cost and schedule details. Our trusted contractors ensure a safe and professional delivery to your door, even offering to place items inside your space. While they handle items with care, Azan’s Direct cannot be liable for minor accidents – any accidental bumps or scratches while maneuvering your items through tight spaces into their final position. Your understanding is appreciated. Customers are urged to thoroughly check purchased items upon delivery, as Azan’s Direct holds no liability once items are successfully delivered. We reserve the right to capture delivery footage for marketing and confirmation of delivery.

RETURN POLICY

We aim for a pleasant experience. Product details sizes and dimensions must be confirmed before items leave our warehouses. No returns accepted. A 10% restocking fee applies to paid, undelivered items due to storage costs. Thanks for your understanding!

INSTALLATIONS

Installations must be handled by competent contractors, recommended installers are not employed by Azan’s Direct. Installers are not responsible for additional carpentry, masonry, electrical, or plumbing work. Most appliances will require additional installation material. Azan’s Direct is not liable for the actions of any installer.

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

Azan’s Direct ensures that all products are brand new. While many items include a warranty from the original manufacturer, Azan’s Direct, not being the original manufacturer, does not provide a warranty. We prioritize customer satisfaction and protection and give a three (3)-month product Guarantee that covers manufacturing defects, including parts and labor, with a six (6)-month compressor Guarantee on fridges if applicable. TV’s 30 day Guarantee none on screen. Manufacturing defects pertain to errors in design or production that affect performance. These defects occur when a product is manufactured differently than its intended design. Guarantee period starts on delivery date. Please be aware that our Guarantee does not cover issues arising from improper maintenance, neglect, abuse, damage from voltage surges, or customer misuse. In such cases, customers are responsible for technical visits, and technicians are recommended contractors, not Azan’s Direct employees. During the Guarantee period, customers are responsible for technical visit costs. However, if the issue is a manufacturer’s defect, Azan’s Direct covers the expenses for parts and labor. Please note that post-guarantee technical inspections are at the customer’s expense. Your understanding and cooperation in these matters contribute to a smoother and more efficient resolution process.

CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must provide accurate information: name, delivery address, phone, and email for quotations and invoices. It’s their responsibility to: a) verify item specs before payment b) ensure the product fits the space, considering doorways and interior spaces c) inspect items on delivery d) hire a certified installer e) use proper surge protectors f) check voltage during installation g) follow manufacturer’s maintenance guidelines h) service appliances regularly for longevity i) keep appliances in optimal condition.

HANDLING CUSTOMER INQUIRIES OR PRODUCT ISSUES

All product issues and inquiries will be handled accordingly:

1. Contact our offices and state the nature of the inquiry or issue via email: support@azansdirect.com

2. A representative will respond acknowledging the issue or inquiry and as necessary issue a case number.

3. A company representative will first troubleshoot issues or answer inquiries remotely or via telephone.

4. If a product issue is during the guarantee period, Azan’s Direct can schedule a technical visit as needed. Technical visits will come at a cost to the customer. If the issue arises and is found to be a manufacturer’s defect during the Guarantee period, Azan’s Direct will cover the cost of parts and labour. Post-Guarantee period a competent technician will be recommended and this will be solely a customer cost.

5. Once the issue or inquiry is addressed customer case is successfully closed.

PROHIBITED CONTENT

We reserve the right, in Our sole discretion, to reject, edit, or refuse to post any content, comments or reviews and to remove any content, whether or not the content is expressly prohibited by these Sale Terms, or to restrict, suspend, or terminate Your access to all or any part of Our services at any time, for any or no reason, with or without prior notice, and without liability.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS

Any errors or inadvertent omissions in any catalogue, sales literature, price list, dispatch note, invoice or documentation, or information issued in print or posted online which is available electronically on the website from time to time shall be subject to correction without liability on Our part. We reserve the right to correct all or any errors or inadvertent inaccuracies and change or update information in relation thereto on the website at any time without notice, including prices availability of products, and our Terms and Conditions.
