All products are sold as new and have their respective warranties from the original manufacturer. Warranties range from between 6 months to 1 year and up to 10 years for specific parts depending on the Brand. Azan’s Direct does not offer any warranty above and beyond what is covered by the original manufacturer.

Once your product is confirmed as available, we will then confirm the delivery price and schedule your delivery.

No, delivery fees are not included, these are calculated separately based on location across the island and are confirmed after order.

Azan’s Direct may recommend and coordinate the delivery and installation on the client’s behalf. Additional carpentry, masonry, electrical, or plumbing work associated with the installation is not included as part of this service.

Currently, no. Items will be shipped direct from warehouse to your door.

Our preferred payment method is bank transfer. We will be onboarding digital payment options such as Lynk as well as major credit card options such as Visa and Mastercard.

We currently accept local bank transfers for payment. Once the availability of the item being purchased is confirmed (including delivery fee), once payment is confirmed your items will be shipped promptly thereafter.

We are committed to ensuring your experience with us is a pleasant one. If there is an issue with your product we will repair or if necessary replace the product, however, we do not accept returns. Also, Azan’s Direct reserves the right to a 10% restocking fee for items paid for but not delivered.
