When it comes to delivery and installations, we’ve got it covered. Our trusted third-party contractors will take care of everything. Just make sure to use appropriate surge protectors with your appliances to ensure that our Guarantee stays intact.

We want to make sure your installation goes smoothly, so it’s important to have a certified installer on the job. Improper installation could affect our Guarantee, and we wouldn’t want that. Don’t forget to check the voltage before installation to avoid any damage to your appliances.

Our delivery and installation services don’t include additional materials or services like masonry, carpentry, plumbing, or electrical work. Before you finalize your payment and accept delivery, make sure to confirm the specs and dimensions of the product to ensure it’s the right fit for you.

While we’d love to accommodate returns, unfortunately, we’re unable to accept them. However, in the unlikely event of a manufacturer’s defect within the Guarantee period, we’ve got you covered. We’ll repair the device after a quick inspection.

If you need any inspections after the Guarantee period, it’s at your expense. Please make sure to inspect your goods right away upon delivery, as any responsibility transfers to you thereafter. We may use photos and videos of our products for marketing, and we encourage you to keep your appliances clean, maintained, and serviced as per the manufacturer’s standards.

All our world class appliances are sold new fresh out of the box. Some products may come with a limited warranty from the original manufacturer. Just a heads up, Azan’s Direct doesn’t provide a warranty directly, but we’ve got – the Azan’s Direct Customer Satisfaction Guarantee! Picture this: a solid (3) months of both parts and labour for appliances covered from the day you make the purchase. And for items with compressors, we’ve got you covered with a replacement Guarantee of up to (6) months for parts, with you taking care of the labour charges. Now, if you ever need inspections after that Guarantee period, it’s on you, but no worries, we’ve got your back!

No, delivery fees are not included, these are calculated separately based on location across the island and are confirmed after order.

Once we confirm your product is available, we will let you know the delivery cost and schedule. Our trusted third-party contractors are here to safely and professionally bring your items from our warehouse right to your door—guaranteed! As a nice touch, the delivery team is happy to place items inside your space.

Whilst the delivery team handles your items with the utmost care, please keep in mind that we can’t be responsible for any accidental bumps or minor scratches while maneuvering your items through tight spaces into their final position. Azan’s Direct may recommend and coordinate the delivery and installation on the client’s behalf. Additional carpentry, masonry, electrical, or plumbing work associated with the installation is not included as part of this service.

Currently, no. Items will be shipped direct from warehouse to your door.

We currently accept local bank transfers for payment. Once the availability of the item being purchased is confirmed (including delivery fee), once payment is confirmed your items will be shipped promptly thereafter.

We recommend using bank transfer as our primary payment method. Excitingly, we’ll soon be introducing convenient digital payment options like Lynk, along with widely accepted credit card options such as Visa and Mastercard in the near future.

We’re dedicated to making sure your experience with us is enjoyable. While we can’t accept returns, if you encounter a rare manufacturer’s defect during the Guarantee period, don’t worry – we’ve got it covered! We’ll swiftly repair the device after a quick inspection. Should you face any issues after the Guarantee period, we’re happy to recommend a suitable technician to assist you.
